WebMay 11, 2024 · OK, I am supper confused now. I made a video showing what is happening. Just as a sanity check I made one of the probe points touch off on the bed corner mount, which is high. The bltouch is set to 0,0,0 offset. I verified the position of the pivot points by lining up the probe directly above them. WebApr 13, 2024 · I was getting that issue where it would fail to complete a full probe set on most attempts, fixed it by wedging some folded cardstock in the bltouch socket on the mainboard to stabilize the loose connection at the pins. It was trying to home using the Z-Stop not the BLTouch. I have a theory that it could be because the bltouch is plugged into the z-stop plug, not the designated bltouch connector.
WebThe problem is that the levelling does not seem to take effect and does not adjust for my warped bed. It seems to be going from my uneven manual levelling. WebJun 2, 2024 · Especially the second time when you click the leveling, the hot bed looks like want to go back to find the location Y=0, but it did not move after a little “impulsion”. Anyway, the Y-axis did not work properly. So please check everything related to the Y moving like the wiring connection.
WebAt center, I'm getting ~2.21. If I go to any point on the right side of the bed, it's all the way down to ~1.80. I've tried leveling the bed manually with bed screws, I've tried leveling the z axis steppers. I've reprinted the bltouch mount bracket to make sure the bltouch was perfectly level.
