WebOct 15, 2013 · I'm on the day 17 of Citalopram (20mg) and the loss of appetite is horrendous. I had very little appetite before I started the med so I don't know if it's the med or my anxiety. Lost about 10lb in 3 weeks and still losing weight. On top of this I have diarrhoea so it makes matters worse. Lots of side effects and no gain so far.
