Nettet16. jul. 2024 · In my situations, it seems my mouse pointer gets far enough away from the scroll bar that it looses control so the scroll doesn't stick. All I have been able to do is to carefully watch where the pointer is so it doesn't release the grab function.. With some of the very thin scroll bars, that can be hard to do.. When I move the screen (for instance, when at 100% on a large document) using flicks on my Magic Mouse (Mac OS, of course), the screen will continue scrolling for 10-15 or more seconds after my last flick. This means that it is basically impossible to scroll using flicks on the mouse. NettetIt's likely got an optical sensor and is full of hair or other crap that is screwing it up. When you keep scrolling it moves more regularly and can compensate, but when you start scrolling, the crap between the sensor can confuse it and make it think that it's scrolling quickly backwards.
